as i received the call, the other person hung up....I never call back unknown numbers, not leaving voicemails

If I can positively ID this outfit, they are going to be in a lot of hot water. They leave messages that are gibberish.

How do they get my cell phone #. I hope it's not from the outplacement service my former employer set me up with
