who ever answers your phone is rude as hell. I asked who was calling and she told me to wait till they called back to find out who it is. She said her name was Sandy

They just called my cell and the woman who left the message just literally "told me" to call.  Not asked me--told me!  Totally unprofessional!
And get this!  This is from their website:  "Eastern Account System adds the latest in Voice Analysis Solutions to improve customer experience and increase our success at recouping uncollected revenue. With voice recognition technology, we can now monitor live conversations between our agents and customers to detect and analyze emotion levels."
So what the heck does that mean?  They need to try that on their own staff!
