I am in Toronto, Canada.

I too received it twice once frm 1-772-228-2367 and second time from 1-914-573-7229. I blocked both the numbers.  I am in Toronto Canada.

Similarly, i've been getting spams all over from different numbers. I've received 10+ since the last time i left my number with a stranger who said I backed up into his car. I thought the stranger gave my number away but the numbers are coming from weird places....

I also received 2 WhatsApp messages with a video attached.  No message with the video, though.  Didn't open them!
From numbers:
+1 (509) 642-4226 and
+1 (561) 921-8897.  
Have blocked both numbers, and no messages since then.  I'm in New Zealand.
