Who called from 2032937859

This has to be a scam.  No message left on answering machine.  The phone service providers need to have a way to stop
these scammers.  They have the resources to stop them.  It appears that the do not call feature doesnt work or the call blocking.

Asking for donation for veteran police.  I did not believe. Asked would if I would receive a decal in the mail. Told him I would send $5 when I received my packet.  He said the minimum pledge was 10.   Told him I would decide when I get my packet​.

Caller ID label is "Westport CT"  calls every day at all hours even though the number is blocked. We need tougher laws against this!

Police charity SCAM.  Don't even pick up the phone never mind engage in any conversation with these crooks.  Invest in Call-blocking if you can.

Been calling for weeks
