SCAM FOR SURE. TWO something. They get your # from the interweb guaranteed, scraping craigslist or facebook. I owe nothing and have no legal issues. Just tell them off or don't answer.
This guy tried calling and left a message to my sister, somehow, he got her number and told her about me and wanted a bunch personal information on me. He said that I was in serious trouble and that I was being sued. I have no outstanding debt. Period. I have no trouble with anybody. Period. I've done nothing wrong. Period. The same company tried calling me earlier and I didn't answer. If you try to call them back it goes straight to a voice mail that tries to get your information. Its gotta be some sort of scam. The number they called me from seems to be on the other side of the country from anything resembling that "company's" name. They say their name is GDI Consulting or JDI Consulting. Its a little hard to understand when you call. Its a scam. Its gotta be.
received a call from this number today, thy left no message. I do not answer numbers I don't recognize nor do I call but this is not a number I am familiar with and they SHOULD NOT be calling my cell without my permission!
These guys called me again today. Said her name was Sarah miller. Employees Id number 6043271. Manager name was Fred Jones. When I wanted to know who they were calling in behalf of they hung up on me. There is nothing on the Internet about this "GDI" Global Discover. Had to be a Scam!
Someone from this number called twice looking for a "Layton Marvin". I advised them that there is no one here by that name and to remove my number from their system. I was assured that they would. They called again tonight and when I answered, they hung up. When I call back, the recording tells me that the mailbox cannot receive any more messages. The caller id shows "Jenna Clifford".
