IF anyone got a call and got scammed from these guys they are scare you into loading money to onto a Prepaid Visa but actually tell you it is a bill pay. It is a prepaid Visa issued by PAYPOWER and the scammers actually give you the card numbers but say they are account numbers. They give you an expiration date too. So I called the holdings network for PAYPOWER and it is called Blackhawk Network and the Bank behind it is METABANK. I called PAYPOWER phone number 888-633-9432 waited on hold for almost 30minutes but spoke to a representative and explained the situation. I gave them all the card numbers and exp dates 4 in total and they gave me back an investigation ticket number. Follow these instructions if you fell victim to this IRS scam. Under Federal Money Launder laws that were initiated to prevent fraud and terrorist funding these actual cards are have to be registered to a person with an actual social security number so there is the chance of tracing these basterds. As of yet I haven't found anything out but will post results as soon as I get them. I will also do a follow up with METABANK fraud investigations unit. Remember money laundering is a federal offense and so is the scam. Time to turn up the heat on these [***]. They are all Indian scammers so beware.
SCAM ALERT: IF you get a call from this number the Indian rats on the other end of the phone with American names like Steve Kyle, Cheif Kyle, "Jesica Willan" (that's how they spelled) all claim to be from the IRS investigation unit. I was scammed by these [***] and it I knew where they were I would spend the money go and remove their tongues with a pair of pliers and garden shears. THEY ARE NOT WHO THEY SAY THEY ARE AND DON'T Trust them. If they tell you they are going to take your home away or put a lien on your property or have you arrested for TAx Evasion DO NOT FALL FOR IT.
