I found an owner listed as BANDWIDTH.COM CLEC, LLC - CT ??? If you go to their web site Bandwidth.com, under contact us there was a place to report this kind of abuse. maybe if everyone contacts them something will get done !!
Called my work today. I answered, muted the phone, waited for a voice and never got one. So I decided to press the number 5 for a long time until they eventually hung up on me. No idea who they are or what they wanted. Caller ID just said "Derby, CT."
