Got a call from some foreign accented man asking for my CEO's email (like everyone else), told him no. He asked for the General company email, I told him we didn't have one (which is true). He kept insisting on an email and I pretty much just said "sorry dude" until he gave up.
The problem is, these people just won't take No for an answer. Man with accent requested the CEO's email address to send follow-up data. I said it's against company policy to give out that information and to send his materials via the US Postal Service. He claimed to have already obtained the email from the website but wanted to confirm it. I loudly repeated my statement; he said Thank You and hung up. Just what I needed first thing in the morning.
