I just got a call now from this number, this guy asked me if I spoke russian or armenian. I do speak russian, so I told him that. And asked him who he was. He started telling me that they're a new phone company like att or verizon and kept telling me something about their plans. I realized it was a telemarketing call and told him I wasn't interested and hung up.
Called me several times not leaving messages. Called back gives me "all circuits are busy". Please report these people to the national do not call list so if there is enough complaints they will shut them down.
calls my cell phone and does not leave message. comes up as name unknown on caller id. when i call the number back it never connects, just loud clicks. could it be our gov spying on us?
