Who called from 2034187661

Got a call from this number. My phone rang once. I'm suspecting it's like the other numbers that do the same thing

I can't believe they're f****** idiots that call this number back! Why would you call a number you don't recognize are you f****** stupid?

One ring then hung up.  I didn't recognize the number, nor do I know anyone in CT, so I did not bother to answer.  Now that I see they are doing the one-ring-then-hangup to other people I am going to block that number.

My cell phone number is on the DO NOT CALL list and this number is constantly calling.  They do not leave a message or anything.  The one time I do answer it there is no one on the other end.
