I keep getting calls from someone with an accent telling me about car insurance rates from 203 448 3287. Sometimes the caller ID appears as 1-423-1 or 4231. Is there some action I can take to stop these sales calls? I am on CT's no-call list, but no matter how much I curse at them, they persist.

Received call about five minutes ago they hung up. Called number back got recording in Spanish. This phone rings for all kinds of calls even though on Federal & State no call list. They aren't working either.
Telemarketers ignore them.
I am having the same problem with that number. I tell them That I am on the Do Not Call List and have told them that and they have called several times in the same day.
