Who called from 2034574168

I often get calls from this number, which shows as starting with '020' so I'd always thought it was a London number. They never leave a message, and I never answer calls from unknown numbers so I don't know who they are, but apparently they're actually in Connecticut USA!

I am sick to death of these calls. I now get very rude. I told the caller to [***] off, as I will now do for all. I blocked the number.
