It's AmeriChoice United Health Care. They call you to remind you to go for a check up, if you didn't see a doctor for quite a while.

Getting calls from this number and they leave no message.i don't have this health care plan and I'm old enough for medicare.

stop calling me, and asking for a person's name I never ever heard of!!

Please stop calling me.  I dont know what the hell you people want or need from me and I dont give a damn....

My concern is:  If this is a legit call, why are they asking for all my personal information, when Optum RX is where i get my medications regularly and they have my info already!!!
