Same as above. I get a call & nobody says a word. Identified as "United Heat mgr" . area code 203.
I would think with so many Americans are NOT answering calls unless the caller identifies themselves,
these Legitimate callers would:
1) State WHO they are.
2) State WHAT they want.
Remember it is them who called us! You want to talk, act like a legitimate responsible outfit!
I got a call from United Healthcare and was not able to anwser the phone from Members Matter Department: Kent identified himself and who he was calling from to let me know that my concern was taken care of. I call them way more than I would like and know that they have offices in PA OH NY CT AL KY UT and many more states. If you are in doubt you can always call the number on the back of your card. If you feel that any caller is suspicious you can always reprot it to the local athorities and they can take care of the issue.
