I was not home and this number calked 8 times today. I was at my parents house when that number called. Its a research company doing a poll for the Democratic race for Governor. They claim its paid for by Lamont for Governor.
They have been calling my house for days, six times a day! no person! no message! no nothing!

The number above, when you call it back says "Thank you for calling the Net Research callback number. We called you to participate in a public opinion poll on an important matter. If this call has inconvenienced you in any way we sincerely apologize." and leaves an opportunity to leave a message.

I have left a message each time saying that they are to remove my number xxx-xxx-xxxx from their database and the next call will be reported to the attorney general's office. I have kept a log of each and every call in and each time I returned it with the same message. My letter has been sent to the AG's office.
They called SIX times yesterday afternoon/evening... the last time my machine picked and nothing was there. Based on other comments and the local area code I'm guessing political robo-calling.
