Don't do it...the guy's a scam artist. He'll give multiple stolen Mastercard numbers and ask you to split the cost over them. Both him and the "shipping" company are fake.

First email gave exact same print specs as in email above.  Then a couple of phone calls.  He had a thick accent and was hard to understand. He asked if we took a credit card for payment.

I quoted this with a local printer.  When I mentioned the shipping to the Netherlands she immediately called and told me about the scam.
