I have a disclaimer on my phone mail service for solicitors to hang up and put into no call list.  I will report this number to consumer protection and claim harassment if necessary.   Please refrain from calling again.

You might want to look into call blocking device. There are a number of models available. Do some reasearch to find the one that fits your needs.
