Rang 3 times and hung up before the answering machine picked up.

This afternoon, I received a call from 203-760-0028.  I picked up the phone & no response.

I didn't look at my caller ID before answering this call.  He was looking for a donation for veterans.   I told him I'm not donating to anyone any more after hearing about Wounded Warriors on the news.  I would not donate to anyone I don't know either.   Scam.
