I don't answer callers I don't recognize even if they call 3 times in 3 hrs. Caller ID shows Stratford CT. The morons at Optimum can't get it through their thick skulls that if they want to communicate with their customers revealing themselves on Caller ID would be a great start. Virtually all their calls from NY, NJ or CT are towns where I don't know anyone, 800 Service Numbers or Call Center NJ. All my complaints about this are denied.
If your going to be a communications Co., learn to communicate.
