mom called said there was a lawsuit against someone in this house.

Spoke very broken English and kept hearing them saying America in the background.  Told them to remove my number.

was told to call this number because the irs was suing us.

Same here just received a call from this (206) # says that the IRS is filing lawsuit. I called back a guy answers then hangs up. I call back again it's a busy signal. I'm sure the this is some type of scam.

They left a voice mail for us saying the same thing:  internal revenue services.  "The reason of this call is to inform you that irs is filing a lawsuit against you."  Then lists the call back number. I'm pretty sure that if the irs was using us we would receive a certified letter.
