Although government grant scams have been around almost as long as the government itself, the majority of the sites being advertised today didn't exist before the November 2008 election.(using OBAMA to steal your money, as if Obama is not stealing our money already)

It's a total scam. Originates in India and Pakistan.There is no grant. They will ask you for upfront fees by untraceable means. Say money cards. Then you'll never hear from them again. Ignore them and DO NOT send them any money.
