Message claims to be from the IRS and says this is the final warning that the IRS is going to file a lawsuit against you.
They give a number to call back.
This is a nasty hoax. Just remember people, you will never get a call like this from the IRS. They will send you an official letter where you can call the court for verification.
Two calls in three days. Female robo voice with good American accent. Caller ID shows Washington but it's Seattle area NOT D.C.!!!
Review on another site says that they did call back and were threatened (in a voice with a non-American accent!) that their drivers license and bank accounts would be frozen if they did not send money to take care of the IRS debt! Also told that the police would show up if he hung up. He hung up - no visits from the police!!
