Some of the calls that are coming in are inviting people to an open house in their specific area directed toward the Insurance Industry. Nobody is trying to scam anyone. Business-to-Business calls are exempt from the DNC, unless they involve the sale of non-durable office or cleaning supplies. If you have received calls at home, you have every right to put your number on the DNC LIST, however Business-to-Business calls are exempt from the DNC list.

It would be helpful if someone was able to identify the caller.  Put that information out and see what happens.

This number is from Synergy Leads, Inc.  According to the Secretary of State website in Texas, the owner is Scott Nickason and the address is 2152 Hondo Drive, Plano, TX 75074.

Patches through to a Woodbridge Financial.  They ask you all sorts of questions upfront because they don't know who you are.  They don't know your name, your company's name, whether or not you even sell insurance (they claim to have some sort of insurance product, probably another worthless annuity, that they want to get you to sell for them).

Anyway, after minimal research from information gleaned from the mental midgets at Woodbridge Financial during the phone call, you will find that Scott Nickason, the telemarketer has led many professional lives.  According to the Texas Secretary of State, the following businesses were formerly owned and/or led by Nickason:
