Just got the call from these folks. Like others, dead air when answering. I tried returning the call and went directly to voice mail where they asked for my phone number and e-mail address. I simply said I'd just prefer you not make these calls at all.

Have received these annoying calls.
I just block them on my phones (cell phone Iphone 5 just select edit on recent caller list and select edit (i) it takes you to contact and there you can block the call. On lan home phone with Bright House You can block calls from specific numbers on your Home Phone using the Selective Call Blocking feature. Anonymous Call Rejection (*77) enables you to block all incoming calls labeled on your Caller ID display screen as Anonymous, Private, or Blocked for as long as you want.
