Unfortunately, she is still doing this. I had a condo rental for a week for rent which she replied to. I unfortunately sent my address to her for the check. I wish I would have googled her name first!
I just received an unusual request from this number for tutoring. He wants his so-called daughter to come to my place for tutoring, which means he doesn't put much safety in regards to her going to a perfect stranger's home. It's sounds more like staking out the place.
Yes-same here-very poor English too. The address is for some government official with of course a different name. The next request would probably be for bank account #'s to send you a lot of money.

I have seen a similar trick on a free horse website-just send them shipping money and they will send you a free $30,000. horse.
Ya I got a mail back from a tutoring ad I had on craigslist from Jenny Lints saying her daughter needed tutoring in "my subject" She never repeated exactly what my subject was making it seem like it is a chain text of BS. Then asked for my address, phone number and full name. And specifies to have my physical address, not my p.o. box. This the sketchiest scam I have ever seen. NEVER FALL FOR JENNY LINTS.
