code is Washington State.  Obvious SCAM.  Who receives & investigates text messages forwarded to 7726?

I just received a text message stating (BofA) Your immediate attention is requested and to please call.  They asked for my SSN and that my account is locked. I think this is social engineering. A SCAM!
