IRS Scam Call. The IRS will only contact by mail, not phone calls. "Taxpayers should remember their first contact with the IRS will not be a call from out of the blue, but through official correspondence sent through the mail."

Reporting this again as now they have called both home and cell numbers, both or which are on DNC list - the IRS or FCC should go after these guys so if any of you know how to file a claim we should do it
I recieved a call on my cell phone this morning. It was a pre- recorded message. " We have been trying to reach you. The IRS is suing you. Call this number right away. The have already filed suite against. The number to call is 2062380194
