Who called from 2063097986

Got a call from 306 - 309-7986 - I have my number on the "no-call" list, so shouldn't be hearing from marketers.  Not sure who this is, but it is from Washington (Seattle).  Please investigate.

I live in Brandon, Manitoba. Got this call! Dead air!!! Why do they call, if in response to my "hallo" they are silent?

they call frequently, often just one ring, I though I had my phone number blocked in Canada

This was a dead air message but I could hear a baby in the background and someone softly talking, so maybe these are telemarketers for travel who are making the calls from homes? No clue. No message. One call only (so far!).
