I received a call from 202 417 7606 this afternoon, telling me I had won $7000 federal grant, that my confirmation number is xxxxxx and that I am to call manager Bryan Jing right away at 206 905-9483.
Nobody answered the first time I called (a few minutes after 5:00 p.m.) The second time, I got a busy signal. The third time, Brian Jing supposedly answered. I gave him my claim number and he asked me to call him again in five minutes. When I asked him why, he said he had to look up my file, so I asked him to call me. I gave him my phone number but I do not expect to receive a call. I just called him back. Beforen the conversation ended, he hung up.
