No call - had a charge of $11.89 on my husband's card from Crystal Clear Designs. As others have said we never heard of this company or made any kind of order. We immediately called the bank and had the card cancelled/reported as stolen, we will be closing the account (because it is rarely used anyway... the card hadn't been used for about six months when this charge was made), and filed a dispute for all the charges to be removed. I also went and deleted all our information from any online vendors we have used, or currently used, just to be on the safe side. We generally only use Amazon though. I also just got done filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau about this. I don't know if Amazon is somehow connected to this, but it DOES seem that online vendors are somehow connected. There are lots of other sites that seem to be forums about this as well - it's DEFINITELY a SCAM, no doubt about that! I just don't understand why they haven't been stopped or caught if there are SO MANY of us who have had this happen and reported it!! You'd think they'd have shut these people down and thrown them in jail already! I didn't call the 206# connected to the company, simply because I found this forum and figured it would be pointless to try anyways. I am half tempted to call them, though, just so I can leave a NASTY message and cuss them out. I'm so angry over this, and just hope that my husband hasn't become a victim of identity theft because of this. Thankfully the card is cancelled, and the bank is aware it was a fraudulent charge, and once we are able to close the account (not easy for us to do because we are 9 hours away from the closest branch) that should hopefully minimize the risk even more.

I too was recently charged $11.89 to a credit card by Interactive Designs. When I called my card company, they gave me the same phone number and I googled it. Came up with this website. I also found more information regarding this whole thing. Apparently they seem like they are part of some large organized internet fraud scheme. We had a charge for $11.89 from CRYSTAL CLEAR DESIGNS 206-319-8144. We got this a couple of days after requesting a credit report from freecreditreport.com. Can't prove a connection, but others have mentioned the timing was the same for them.
Upon sending an email we rec'd this reply from "Crystal Clear Designs." It reads like it is written by a non-English speaking author....

Our company produces webdesign and templates - primary web pages
with no content. Your card was charged for the price of a template
bought on our website.
I have a very important question for you:
Are you sure that nobody but you has access to your credit card
information(name and number)? You see that if your card was charged
and you didn't know about that somebody does have your card
information and can use it. Please check it.
We have already removed the charge you reported. The refund will be
stated in the account within three or four business days.
Nevertheless I strongly recommend you to call your bank and ask them
to issue another card for you. Because if your card was once charged
without your notification there's no guarantee of that the person
having access to the CC information wouldn't use it again.
It is also possible that some banking error occured and your card
was charged by mistake but still please call them and talk it over.
Just checked my balance for my checking account. I didn't recognize the company name and there was $11.89 purchase. So I called my bank and they gave me this number. I called and got a recording. I will be getting a new check card.

I got the number from my bank and once I called, I too simply got a message, I looked it up on the internet and it seems like a lot of other people have had the same problem as I have. I am currently trying to get the charge taken off my card. They said it will take 24 hours to have takin off my CC and i had to get a new Debit card This is a Internet scam Thanks to this site i found out about it
