Had message on answer machine indicating they were from the IRS and this was our final notice and they were going to sue us. We have had them call three times and left a message on our answering machine all three times. They usually call during the day time when we are at work.

We have been getting lots of phone calls from different states, mostly during the day. Today a message was left on our answering machine saying the IRS has filed a law suit against us and we should call this number back right away.
