I receive Multiple calls from (206) 397-1149 sometimes up to 3 in one night on my Home number and recently somehow they have gotten a hold of my Cell Number and they have been calling both numbers Back to Back at least 3 times on each all within 3-5 mins apart.  They never leave a Voice mail message.  I have just registered both my home and Cell numbers on the DO NOT CALL list.

They called me 4 times yesterday and 10 times today asking for someone else.  I have asked repeatedly for them to take me off of the list.  Worst part is ATT can't do anything about it.

I have received a bunch of calls from this number. I told them that I reported them to the Better Business Bureau & told them to stop calling my phone. After I received another call, I found an app for my phone which blocks calls. Hopefully it works.

I rec'd several phone calls from these people and yesterday was the worst.  

I have called them twice to see what they wanted.  I was put on hold for over 45 minutes for the calls I made.  Once they answered, they had my name already and said I had payday loans and they were willing to help me pay a lower price.  I told them for about the 20th time that I have no payday loans and to stop calling me.  They hung up on me.

This phone number belongs to a public utility named CallerID4U, Inc., which is run by Paul Maduno and Luis Martinez.  They have entered into revenue sharing agreements with telemarketers who make illegal unsolicited telephone calls.  They profit directly from these outbound unsolicited telephone calls.

This appears to be a clear violation of a number of laws, including 16 C.F.R. §310.3(b) of the Federal Telemarketing Sales Rule.
