This is a company who has bought the information and will try to scare you into paying a loan you didnt create. They try to act like professional bill collectors but they arent. Play with them and ask them to quote the Mini Miranda, tell them you have an attorney. Tell them you know they are sitting a boiler room and are not a real bill collector and get a real job. Tell them they need to use the proper language and should study up on how a real bill collector collects a debt. Than tell them to get a life and hang up. They will leave you alone if you throw it back at them you know they are not a legit collection agency. Also, they cannot sue you!!! They try to use legal words to scare you. If your bored, Google The fair Debt Collection Practice Act and you will see this is just another paper buyer buying information that if they cant bully you into paying them, they will sell your information to another party. I have caller ID and I got a call today from Jade Orchard also, but I made the mistake of answering the phone. She asked questions and then proceeded to tell me that I qualified for Life Alert. I told her I wasn't interested as I had my daughter so she just hung up. What good does it do to get on a Do Not Call List when we still get these telemarketing calls?
