"Congratulations! Your business has been preapproved for a $200k business loan..." - Recorded message call - uninvited, unwanted

Called cell, did not leave message. Suspect this is  sniffer. Call is from 206 (seattle) but 487 is not a valid prefix there, so number is spoofed.

Same tired out pitch for scammy loans. I have had four of these from different numbers today, all before lunchtime.
