i also received the same call, left on a recording... so glad I checked this site!

"Melvin Decker" called me, too. The IRS must want me bad, because they seem to be hiring foreigners from all over the world to track me down!

Here's the kicker: After warning me of dire consequences if I didn't call back, he ended the call with "...thank you and have a blessed day."

I received a call (it went to VM) from Melvin Decker this morning claiming he works for the IRS and I shouldn't ignore the message.  Obviously a recording, and I am not planning to respond

The caller ID says "Washington," which of course brings to mind Washington, D.C., if you aren't paying close attention. Actually, area code 206 is Washington state. I've received several calls of the same nature from other numbers in "Washington." Low-lifes.

Another scam call. Pretending to be the IRS. I listened to his entire speech and when he was finished I told to just come and arrest me and hung up.
