The caller calls everyday, regarding to  my medical conditions...behaves very rude..when I ask start to ask questions all he does is repeats his questions then I ask why my questions can not be answers..he immediately hangs up.  He then will call again...

This guy calls and calls and calls and when I tell him to stop calling, He calls me terrible names and says, "I call you and call you and call you."  And he did.  I blew a whistle into the phone and the calls stopped but who knows for how long.

Consider getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $50.00 or so. If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number.

They repeatedly call me, I block their number and they just use another

I again reporting this number.  The Caller ID shows "Donnis Mansion".  This guy called me all day Christmas Eve and all day Christmas Day!  Now it is 2015 and he is still calling me.  Every time he does, I tell him I am not interested in speaking with him and to stop calling me.  He laughs and says, "I call you and call you and call you".  I was so mad that I cussed at him and I normally do not cuss.  He will NOT go away.  I'm just not going to answer my phone if I see his id come up.  SO FRUSTRATING!!!  What a jerk!
