You can block even WITHOUT a smart phone. Consider a call blocker, which are available on Amazon for 4000-5000 CENTS. Look at previous posts to get an idea who you're dealing with. I'd say it's a worthless survey that helps callers figure out how to and what to spam you with, along with getting personal and maybe even financial information, too.
They're a push-polling service (look it up). They're not real pollsters, they just exist to push political perspectives on you under the guise of a poll.
