I got the same "IRS lawsuit" phone call today. One on my cell phone (man's voice), and the other my desk phone -- a woman's voice. *sigh* What pathetic creatures they are.
I got 2 identical messages that said the IRS is filing a lawsuit, this is the final notice. Then it gave this phone number to call back. This is a scam.
Same saying from IRS ... IRS does not call you, they will send a certified letter for you to sign not a call .. block the number and don't speak to these people it's a scam
