Thanks! I got this call and didn't call back. I thought maybe it was a scam or something. I did a little research and it said the would send a letter if i was being audited.
We received a call from Officer David Edward from the IRS. Told to call 206-538-2585 because my son is under investigation for fraudulent activity. This number does not belong to the IRS and you can not call it back.
I had a voicemail from this number 206-538-2585 stated that it was officer David Edwin and that I needed to call that number back because I was fraudulent and unethical and my tax paperwork and being investigated by the IRS the message was robotic I did not call the number back instead I Googled it and got to this thread I'm glad I did because I learned that the number was a scam I also found out the IRS will never call you they will always send a letter to you in the mail if you get a message or a phone call from these people hang up it's a scam
