Calling my phone and cursing me out

Got about 15 calls today. Finally answered & it was a man mispronouncing my name with a thick accent. Told him he had the wrong #. Two minutes later a woman calls from the same number. Said her name is Melinda King in a think accent. I told her they have called me like 20 times today, what is this? She started laughing & hung up. So I just blocked the #.

rcvd call, didn't answer, listened to message and could not understand a word the person was saying some foreigner with a heavy accent.

When you all back the number it says it's not in service.

Answered man on other end asked if this was my name and i asked where did he get my name and number. He said [***] you and hung up.  The number was 206-609-4189. I want these calls to stop....
