Same number called twice on the same day. The first time there was no message left on my voice mail. The second time, I answered, and there was an automated operator that asked to speak with me. I pressed "1" to accept the call, but a real operator never answered.
This is a collections agency called West Assest management. They called me several times looking for some Timothy Mounts guy who used to have my cell#. I set them straight by informing them they had the wrong # and they backed off. (for now, anyway).
I do not answer automated calls. I know I owe for past medical issues but this is not a professional way to reach me. Just be decent and send a letter or have an employee telephone me. Chances are this isn't even run by anyone in the United States. It's probably like PeoplePC.com and it's all done from India.
