Called my cell phone and when I picked up it was silent for 15 seconds until it hung up. I called back and it was something about making money through network marketing. No thanks!
Just started last night. Twice from this number. I didn't answer it because I don't know anyone from Washington state who would be calling me. Left no voice message so I didn't call back.
