received a recording this am claiming to owe irs,felt right away it was a scam,the real IRS is probably flipping over the thought that someone else is trying to lay claim to money they (irs) think is theirs. my feeling is both are ripoffs.
Recorded message, IRS trying to reach you, final notice, IRS is filing a lawsuit, call some number... recent contact with IRS with no mention of any such problems so hopefully a scam
