Caller requested to speak with my husband, I told her he was deceased. The female caller proceeded to tell me that she was my husbands girlfriend, and badger me on the call. My husband passed in June 2013, he was 94yrs old. I am 89, and the female caller insisted she was dating him and I was lying about him being deceased. I called company back and was told they would fire her, I wanted an apology and someone who said they were a manager said sorry & hung up the phone on me.
I just received a call from the same number! It was a man in a noisy restaurant or something. He listed my full name and where I live. I asked how he got my phone number and why he was calling and he said, "A friend gave me your number" and then said he called "To hear my lovely voice." He then said his name was "Jody Foster" and I told him to put me on his "do no call" list please hung up. Haha! But creepy too... What strange people. Who knows, maybe just bored and prank calling.
I just received a phone call from ROSY, the lady called from very noise office or restaurant and ask me about one grand that I got and I not need to pay for obtained the money. Her voice sound like Latin-American young girl.
I just received a call too... i said "hello" no one responded, then 3 seconds later and automated voice "Goodbye". I bet they are trying to selectively target certain genders based on the previous response. I didn't fit the bill I guess...lol
