I keep getting a call from 206-905-9311 leaving a message that they are IRS. I tried calling back to see who answers and I get just get a message that my call can not go through at this time.
Expect most numbers appearing on your ID from unknown callers to be dummies to preserve their true location. Make sure the callers get no kind of answer from your number to anger them. Do not return calls to mystery numbers for your safety.
