I received a call today from 206 925 3748. When I returned the call I was asked for my phone number, she identified me by name and stated that this should prove the call is valid. As I am currently working with the IRS and I will have my caseworker return her call. She told me that the would not deal with a third party (English was her second language) I again stated that my casework was an employee of the IRS. She then stated, well we don't need her to call us, we will work internally. I asked her for her name and location and she hung up.

I got the same Phone call at 9:47am 2/4/2016. I did a trace and it is through a Carrier for the Phone Number 206-925-3748 is (Bandwidth.com

My next step will be to trace who has control of the machine leaving the False information. As it is I thought that the company, (http://www.bandwidth.com/law-enforcement-guide) would enforce their own rules. But maybe it will take a Federal investigation to get it enforced.
