Called my home phone, when prompted for a message the caller left nothing but random static

Received call on cell -- but they left no message

Called 3 times in 2 weeks.  Left no message.

Has called six times in the past two weeks, usually around 7PM. Never leaves a message.

Same as Tim; seven calls in the past two weeks.  I never answer; they never leave a message.
