Recorded message that said that the IRS has filed a lawsuit against us and to call this number. I don't think so. Will put this number into my call blocker.

Sam, got the same call from the same number. It is a fraudulent phone-based "fishing" attempt. FYI, even at numerous requests by the FCC, Verizon and othet carriers refuse to block these calls.

Just got a call from this number, hard to understand. Got very defensive when I told him he would have to deal with my CPA and my Attorney.

Received two calls and VM, all were a recorded message stating the IRS had filed a lawsuit against me. This is inaccurate - IRS would contact a person by certified mail and a formal lawsuit would require proof of service. This is a scam.

It's a recorded message stating to call 206-973-7039 right away as the IRA is attempting to sue me.
