These people called me requesting money for a Payday loan. I informed them that I have never had a payday loan. They told me that I would be served papers to show up in court. This is the second time they have called. This is a scam.
Yea they have just called my phone yelling in my ear. I asked them who did they receive an affidavit from and he couldn't tell me. I asked for the number to the payday loan company that they received my file from and he wouldn't tell me. I even asked for the payday loan company phone number that they were supposedly trying to receive funds for and he claimed he couldn't tell me or he would lose his job. Middle eastern sounding man. This is a scam.
