a few seconds agoI have been getting the same kind of phone calls from a guy named Eric Matthews.Tell me that I am going to be put in jail for  3 counts Fraud for receiving a payday loan and not paying it back.which i never received.He was calling my work place and my mobile phone he left me voicemails tell me that if me or my attorney dont not contact him that all he could do is wish me luck.When I called him back it was a mobile phone it took me forever to get a hold of him but when I did he keep saying he had all of my info but he never would tell me there was a lot of talking or something in the background  he told me that he was going to read to me a statement of what I had done that i better not even speak till he was done I thought something was up then I put him on speaker phone so my husband could hear him and when my husband spoke up and had ask them what I had done he got mad and told him that he was not telling him anything and that i supposed to not had him on speaker phone.So he told me he was calling the local sheiffs office and they would come get me and that he was calling my work and tell them what i had did and then he hung up on me.I called my bank and locked my account and went to the local police department and got a police report so beware he is still out there.the # where he called me from was 1-201-215-0450
